"Wow, wow. This is truly the best place in the world, and definitely in Greece. The photos don’t do justice to the magic of this place. It’s located in a traditional village, secluded and peaceful, nestled in the mountains with a stunning sea view. Right by the entrance there’s a natural spring with drinking water, a flowing stream, and a beautiful walking trail. It’s about a 10-minute drive to the beach, and around 20 minutes to the nearby popular tourist villages. The host is amazing!! The house is warm, cozy, modern, and absolutely beautiful. It’s spotless and fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including all essentials and toiletries. There’s a large refrigerator, hygiene products, and even a washing machine in the yard. There’s also a coffee machine with a milk frother, fresh mint for tea, lemon and clementine trees, and lots of beautiful flowers. There are several seating areas, and the highlight is the stunning balcony overlooking both the sea and the mountains. Perfect for couples or families. The kids had an amazing time. There were games for them both inside and outside, including a football goal, swings, and more. We truly have no words to express how much we loved this place. We and the kids are already looking forward to coming back."

From the provincial road Volos–Neochori, past the Afissos junction, approximately 1 km ahead on the left, you will see a sign for the Zervochia settlement.
Turn left at the sign and continue straight.
Turn right at the first junction you encounter after approximately 1,100 metres (sharp right turn).
Continue straight for approximately 300 metres. Zelís will be on your right. Park on the right side of the road.
Note: The route to Zervochia is asphalt and concrete for approximately 1,100 metres, followed by a short dirt road of approximately 300 metres.

All bookings are processed through Airbnb or Booking.com. Direct inquiries via our contact form are subject to availability confirmation within 2 hours. A booking is only confirmed once payment is processed through the chosen platform.
Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM via self-service key box. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Maximum 4 guests. Pets are allowed with a surcharge of €10. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. Guests must respect quiet hours (11 PM – 8 AM). The property must be left in a reasonable condition.
Cancellation terms are governed by the booking platform used (Airbnb or Booking.com). Please refer to the respective platform for specific cancellation deadlines and refund policies.
The property owner is not liable for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Access to the property involves a short dirt road section — guests should drive carefully.
